Beta service

ConjureAnything is under active development. Features, limits, providers, storage behavior, and availability can change. We may suspend or discontinue functionality, protect the service from abuse, or correct output without guaranteeing continuous availability or preservation of every project.

Generated outputs are proposals

Generated text, images, specifications, bills of materials, cost ranges, simulations, readiness scores, and other outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, impractical, or similar to existing work. They do not constitute engineering, manufacturing, medical, safety, regulatory, legal, intellectual-property, financial, or other professional advice or approval.

You are responsible for verifying outputs and obtaining qualified review before building, testing, selling, promoting, or relying on a product. Do not use output as a certification mark, supplier quote, patent opinion, compliance declaration, or substantiated advertising claim unless you independently possess the required evidence and authorization.

Your content and responsibility

You must have the right to submit prompts, files, and other content. Do not submit credentials, malware, unlawful material, another person's private information without authority, or content that infringes rights. You remain responsible for decisions, products, claims, tests, and downstream use created from the service.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls, probe accounts or data you do not own, automate abusive volume, use the service to harm people, or build products whose unlawful or unsafe purpose is apparent. Safety-critical work requires appropriate processes and professionals beyond this beta.

No warranty and limitation

The service is provided as available without a promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, fit for a particular purpose, non-infringing, or suitable for production. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ConjureAnything is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the beta or reliance on generated output. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so applicable rights may vary.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material revisions will receive a new updated date. If you do not agree with revised terms, stop using the service. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
