It utilizes a moisture-sealed, spring-loaded storage hopper and a precision friction-feed mechanism to separate and dispense a single sheet at a time, feeding it down into a transparent, submersible extension arm. The device firmly holds the sheet underwater while fish graze, then automatically releases the remaining sliver before feeding the next sheet, ensuring continuous, hands-free grazing without waste or internal water ingress.
